I am a consultant with 25 years experience in the cement manufacturing industry and would like to offer my services.

I am currently chairman of ASTM C01 committee and involved with the ASTM / AASHTO harmonization group and follow the current status of limestone addition with each state DOT.
 

In addition to handling all quality control and process functions involved in cement manufacture and quarry development, I can consult with sales / marketing to optimize cement product lines and improve performance of products as well as field applications and trouble shoot problems.  Improvements in the efficiency and cost of the cement manufacturing process can be done.
 

I recently completed 5 months of consulting at the Dragon Cement plant in Maine, assisting in the start up and commissioning of a new FLS preheater / calciner along with a new Loesche mill and Ibau blend silo.   There was also a Gamma-Metrics system on the raw mill belt used for chemical control.
